Recent Projects - The Oracle at Broadbeach
Optique has established partnerships with several building companies to complete some big projects on the Gold Coast. One of our recent and ongoing collaborations include working with Niecon Developments on the Oracle at Broadbeach.
Near covering a prime beachfront city block in the center of Broadbeach, The Oracle will offer views from Surfers Paradise in the North to Coolangatta in the South. A vibrant al fresco dining and international style shopping precint will rejuvenate Broadbeach and create a new lifestyle precinct below two architecturally distinctive towers. The Oracle is due for settlement mid to late 2010.
